- What are your salon hours?
My hours vary based on my client appointments, but I can assure you that I can be very flexible in our scheduling: I can even come to your safe place, or you may also visit in my home.

I am a internationally known braider, not someone learning at her clients' expense. But if you are serious about having HEALTHY and Beautiful hair, we can surely work something out!

- Do you give consultations?
Yes! Every appointment requires a consultation because I believe that it is important for me to assess your scalp condition, teach you a bit about healthy hair practices, and choose a style that is appropriate for your hair. I am not in this business for the money therefore I am more focused on the health of your hair and a consultation is necessary so we know what we are getting into.
The consultations range from $20-$50 depending on your needs.

- I have places where my hair has come out. Can you help me?
Chemical treatments,perms and glued-on extensions, and even too-tight braids or too-heavy braids, as well as internal health, are the main causes of hair loss and root damage. I will work with you to develop a wholistic approach, using appropriate hair care and styling, coupled with my fully natural products, to help you regain your hair, even in places that are totally bald, providing you will follow my instructions for a healthy diet and proper hair care.

- Do you do children's hair?
I love to do children's hair! I have five beautiful and perfectly healthy offspring of my own, so I know what it is like for parents and their kids hair. I offer all types of styles and products for children who are having problems with hair growth and children who have an abundance of hair to deal with. I also offer courses and offer books that teach different techniques to parents that can help you manage your child's hair better.

- I want to go natural but I don't want to cut my hair... can you help me?
Of course I can help you! You DON'T have to cut your perm to go natural or grow locs I have specific products and hair styles that I have created to aid in the transition process from chemicals to natural. Please contact me for more information. There is a myriad of styles you can choose from including cornrows, lace braids, locs, kinky twists and many more.

- I don't want to use gook in my locs anymore is there anything I can do?
You do NOT have to use beeswax or heavy creams on your locs to make them stay. As a matter of fact you do NOT have to even twist your hair to grow locs. I offer products designed specifically for locs that do not cake up and flake in your hair. I also offer a different locking technique that will allow you to stop twisting alltogether!

- My hair is currently braided and I want a scalp analysis what can you do?
We offer scalp analysis for those of you who have gotten your hair braided and want to know if it is pulling your hair or if it is the wrong style for your hair type. Come by with your style and our professionals will examine your scalp for you and give you an in depth analysis of what styles are right for your particular head and what products you should be using on your hair.
